Meralco Christmas Village
Jamuary 1, 2010: We dropped by at the Meralco Christmas Village, located at the Meralco compound in Pasig, to visit Barangay Maliwanag and Santa’s Village. Santa's village displays a giant Santa Claus, a train ride and Giant cookie houses while at Barnagay Maliwanag a bahay kubo, church facade, school building all outlined with several Christmas lights were displayed. James, John and Nikki enjoyed playing at the cookie houses.
Despite the unfortunate events that have unfolded in our country for 2009, Christmas is still worth celebrating, for Christ is the main reason for celebrating Christmas and we should keep that in our hearts.
Happy New Year to all!
